The beautiful view of the Moon from the lakeside at Marta on the evening of September 13th.
This last photo was actually taken on the night of the Full Moon September 12th, but I think the moon photos low over the lake, the following evening are much more interesting, although unfortunately I did not have such a good camera with me, so the quality is not brilliant.
What do you think which is your favourite?

Wishing you all a pleasant weekend and do take a minute or two to enjoy the sky.
I like the third one best even though I am drawn to a very full moon. It's not so dark so you still see the color from the plants against the deep deep blue of the sky. Nice composition.
ReplyDeleteSuch amazing pictures! I love them.
ReplyDeleteFantastic photos. Great !! Thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful. In our country we can see the rabbit on the moon. :))
ReplyDeleteOoooooh, the second one is my favorite. Beautiful shots.
ReplyDeleteThe detail in the fourth photo is incredible.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, wish my camera could take photos like this. I have tried the moon several times but it is just a disaster. Thought you were away as you put no comment on my 10 BW! Have a good weekend. Diane x
ReplyDeleteI like the first one best :D
ReplyDeleteThe second photo is my favourite! I like the lights from the buildings contrasting with the moon!
ReplyDeleteMy favourites are the second and third...I cannot possibly choose between those two, as they are equally gorgeous! Truly, these are among the most beautiful moon captures I've ever seen! The red roses and softly lit up buildings in the distance add such a romantic touch! What magnificent sights you get to behold on a regular basis!
ReplyDeleteLindy, ciao...
ReplyDeleteI like the picture with the oleanders in the foreground because it's ever so romantic and also because I can "smell" it and i can "hear" all the Italian Summer night sounds right here, inside my head and my heart. I am missing home, at the moment.
Thank you Lindy!
Con affetto

I love moon shots - and would have to say that simple, fabulous full moon gets my vote.
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous Linda, second and third would have to be my favs.
ReplyDeleteThey are all really good. If I had to choose I would pick 2 or 4 - I'm a Libran so decisions are difficult for me!!
ReplyDeleteI loved all the photos but my most favorite is the one in which I can see some beautiful flowers as well.
ReplyDeleteThank you much for sharing your precious moments.
It's so difficult to capture an image of the moon - I'm impressed with your photos.
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful series. The moon looks a bit mysterious at the first picture.

My favourite is the last one: just perfect.
ReplyDeleteWhile waiting for UARS here in Veneto, I wish you a great weekend. :)
That last photo is beautifully clear, but I loved seeing the orange moon. Even if the quality was not so good, it was still quite a sight!

Love your photos. I have a question. What is the ray of light at the bottom of picture 3, is that the light of the moon reflecting in the water or a flash catching something?
ReplyDeleteThe most impressive photos is the one with the moon and the flowers in the foreground.
